After running a search query, you'll be provided with a list of documents matching your criteria. This list allows you to explore and add new relevant information. You can open a document's full abstract by clicking on the document name.
Upon initial viewing of search results, you'll notice they come bundled with several options.
You can toggle between your query and the results, as well as between the science and patent databases
Documents can be saved by linking them to an existing entity or study. Alternatively, you can create an entirely new entity from the document. You can also select multiple documents at once.
You can also optimize your viewing through toggling the view options, which include:
Matched terms: Terms in the document that coincide with your query.
Relevance score: An IGOR AI-generated score is calculated based on how many terms align with your query.
Dates: The issuance dates of the documents.
Citation Score: This factor is similar to the impact factor, providing an estimate of how often the paper's publishing journal is cited.
Affiliations, Author, Assignees, and Inventors: Detailed document ownership/authorship information.
Patent country and number: Specific information about the patent's place of origin.
While exploring a document's abstract, you will be provided with various options.
You will be able to:
Connect the document to study and entities, or associate it with a newly created entity.
Visualize search terms highlighted. IGOR^AI will guide you through reading the document faster by highlighting search terms:
In orange and red for the function's action-object
In green for environment keywords
in blue for existing entities
By selecting a specific text, a selection box will appear. This box enables you to
Copy the chosen text
Create an entity from the selected snippet y with the selected text as title
Adding a keyword from the selected texts.
It is also possible to categorize the results (scientific papers) by writing what you are looking for. example: “I am looking for technologies to inspect welding."
When selecting 'Group results,' documents discussing the same technology are clustered under broader concepts, while 'Non-group' displays each document paired individually with its specific technology.
The results are presented in a half pie chart and categorized under technology groups. You can access this graph in the Science Tab or view it in more detail in the Technology Tab.
Save highlights of the selected text for easy retrieval later (Similarly as with the )
