Adding Comments to an Entity or Study Page

You can easily add comments to any page by navigating to the bottom of the page, and add your note in the comment box

Adding Comments to a Specific Document

You can also view and add comments for a specific document when you are in abstract modal view. Once a comment has been added to a document, a comment icon will appear in the Documents List view.

How to vote?

Findest's rating system allows you to put a star rating from 1 to 5 on every technology found in the service.

You can tailor the rating to your personnal preference. In general, for our scouting service, we advice to:

• Rate on 4 to 5 stars the technologies that are promising

• Rate 3 stars the technologies that you are unsure about, but for which more information could help to make up your mind

• Rate 1 to 2 stars on the technologies you doubt will work

• Rate 0 stars technologies you are sure are not relevant for your application.

Putting your vote in

There are two methods to put in your vote:

Method 1: Rating from the results overview table

Hover over the stars with your mouse, navigate to the Icon that says “You,,” “ and select or adjust the desired rating for the entity.

Method 2: Rating from the entity page

This method can be used while you are directly on a technology page.

Step 1: Hover over the entity name and select “VIEW IN PAGE.”

Step 2: Navigate to the top of the page and hover over the star next to the entity title. The ratings will load; navigate to “you” and select or update your rating.

The table and the entity page will show the average of the ratings based on the number of ratings.
