Studies and entities can be shared in two ways:

: Use the share button in the top right corner of the page.

: Invite users to the Universe with their email addresses.

Method 1: Through the share button in the top right corner of the page.

Share studies and entities with non-Universe users. Invitees can access content using a security code, but advanced features like rating are not available.

Step 1: Click Share in the top right corner.

Step 2: Type in the email address of the person you wish to share with and select if you want to share only this page or all objects (studies and entities) connected to the page.

Please note that when sharing objects linked to this object, all linked entities and studies are also shared. If the Universe is highly interconnected, all related objects are shared.

Step 3: Personalize the invitation and click send.

The invited users will receive a link to the shared page.

When the invited user clicks the link, they will be asked to enter the 6-digit confirmation code sent to their email address.

They will be able to view the shared object and its connected links.

Method 2: Inviting users as viewers with their email addresses to the Universe.

By using this method to share, you can invite others to become Universe Users, who can then access all studies, entities, and documents within your Universe and use the rating tool.

Step 1: Go to settings on your Universe, navigate to the Users tab, and click “ADD USER”

Step 2: Type the email(s) of the user(s) you wish to ADD as VIEWER and click “CREATE.”

The user will receive an email that a Universe account has been created and a link to activate their account.

Once activated, they have access to your organization’s Universe. When you share a specific link to a page, then they will be able to see the page and, if activated, review each technology.
