AskIGOR tasks
Once opened, you can request Ask IGOR^AI to perform various tasks, such as:
Question & Answer: Allows you to interact with the sources you have added (articles, patents or webpages) by asking questions.
Summarize: Writes an executive summary based on all the sources added.
Write section: Writes a lengthy section with a header of your choice.
General description: Writes a general description based on the title of your entity or study.
Extract detail information: Extracts requirements from every paper saved.
Standard Report: Writes a report with an Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion
The Question and Answer and Extract detail information allow you to control the output depending on your needs. They are investigated more thoroughly in the respective sections.
How does the AI generate information?
Ask IGOR^AI is constrained to look only in the documents and highlights saved to an entity or study to provide its answers. This means it will not provide an answer if that answer is not findable in the documents and highlights saved.
The AI will take into consideration:
Every highlight saved;
For saved papers, the full content of the paper when open source or the abstract when closed.
For saved patents, the full content of the patents.
For saved webpages, the entire content of the page will be considered. Note that some websites may block content indexing.
For manually attached documents, the full content of the document. Learn how to attach external documents.
Custom settings for Ask IGOR^AI sources.
There are multiple ways to have more control over the sources and results when using the Ask IGOR^AI tool.
Selecting the type(s) of documents
By default, all the sources types are taken into consideration (webpages, scientific articles and patents) by Ask IGRO^AI, however it is possible to filter them.

Selecting specific documents
It is also possible to include only specific documents as source for the Ask IGOR^AI tool. There are two ways to achieve it:
Inside Ask IGOR^AI modal, and under Linked Sources (image above), select only the desired documents.
In the entity/study page, scroll down until the Linked Documents section, select the desired documents and click the Ask IGOR^AI button (image bellow)

To take into consideration
Be cautious when including a large number of sources. Too many sources can lead to:
Long processing times.
Unfocused content due to excessive text.
Errors if the text exceeds the size limit.
Guide IGOR^AI by selecting relevant sources for your project. More data doesn't always equate to better outcomes.
